Sambhar Idli

Ingredients
Mini Idlis/ Normal Idlis - as needed
Sambhar - to soak the idlis
Ghee - 3-4 tsp

Method
1. Make idlis using a mini idli plate. If you do not have mini idli plate, make normal idlis and cut it into 4 pieces.
2. Take the idlis in a bowl and pour the sambhar over it to soak the idlis completely.
3. Add the ghee on top.
4. Similarly, you can make sambhar vadas by soaking medhu vadas in sambhar instaed of idlis.
